Chris Melville is one of the top jazz and lounge vocalists in NZ. He specializes in singing classic jazz songs from an era of style and class and performs each one with his uniquely warm, velvet vocal delivery. In recent times Chris has started incorporating modern tunes into his repertoire and giving them the same groovy funky treatment as the classics. He can perform as a duo, trio or quartet. The band’s repertoire covers all of the popular well-known tunes and can easily morph from classy background act to lively party swing band when required.
